An Impact Your Genetics Appointment with Dr. Tetlow is offered to existing patients only as an extended appointment for 80 minutes. This does not include the cost of the saliva based genetics test kit.* If you are not an existing patient, please schedule a New Patient Appointment with any PIM provider who is accepting new patients before scheduling this appointment.

- Schedule your extended appointment at least 6 weeks in advance. Dr. Tetlow has a waiting list and she looks forward to seeing you. Please book her first available appointment, and call (610) 447 4722 - 0 to let our staff know your preferred appointment timing.
- You will need to speak to a staff member to purchase a Genetics test kit to be shipped to your address on file.
- The test takes approximately 5-6 weeks to result. Like all other test results, your results will be available in your P2P Portal’s Document section.
