Lynda Sherland, CRNP, FNP-C, IFMCP
Advanced Practice Integrative Nurse Practitioner
Lynda is known for her ability to partner with patients exactly where they are in their health journey, bringing 27 years of healthcare experience to her work at Philadelphia Integrative Medicine. She was recruited from out of state to join the practice, reflecting both her clinical expertise and the depth of her integrative training. In 2017, she completed the highly regarded Integrative Medicine Fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona and is among a very small number of Nurse Practitioners nationwide to complete this advanced fellowship.
Lynda is trained across all core areas of integrative medicine, including hormone balance; autoimmune conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis); thyroid and adrenal disorders; mood, bone, and sleep health; and gastrointestinal conditions including SIBO. She also provides expert care for IBS, bowel regularity, food sensitivities, and expanding dietary choices in ways that are realistic and sustainable. Her care is highly personalized and focused on helping patients clarify and achieve their long-term health goals.
Beginning November 1, 2025, Lynda Sherland will be seeing patients exclusively through virtual appointments.
