Appointment Documents

Your treatment plan and any lab requisitions will be in the Documents section of the P2P portal within 24 hours.

If you are eligible to submit for insurance reimbursement, your invoice fulfillment (aka superbill) will be available in the Documents section of the P2P Portal within 2 weeks.


Testing Information

If you are completing labs for your next appointment, please check the lab turnaround times here and schedule accordingly. All test results post to the Documents section of the P2P portal once they are available. For more testing information, click here.


Save on Appointments

Refer a Friend and you will both save $50! Here’s how our referral program works:

  • When your friend schedules they will be asked, "How did you hear about us?"

  • Your friend should choose "Patient Referral" and list your full name.

  • Once your friend completes their New Patient Appointment, you and your friend will each receive a $50 credit on your PIM accounts.
