Meet Our Team
Our providers collaborate on patient care for the most comprehensive treatment. So patients can see the same provider for every appointment or choose to see different providers. While some providers’ specialties are listed below, please visit Conditions We Treat to learn more about which conditions all PIM providers commonly treat.
Georgia K. Tetlow, MD, ABOIM, IFMCP

Clinical Assistant Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine, Sidney Kimmel College, Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA
Dr. Tetlow on Integrative Medicine:
We recognize that the current healthcare model labels people and ask them to conform. My clinical experience is that when you label someone, it can put a stigma on them, and then they can stigmatize themselves. At Philadelphia Integrative Medicine, we understand your underlying physiology, personalize solutions for you, and care for you by giving you the tools to be well. " - Georgia K. RACHEL HERSHBERGER, MS, CNS, LDN
Rachel is a Functional Nutritionist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Nutrition Specialist for Chronic Diseases, & Integrative Health Coach. Rachel offers a fully integrative approach that honors the individual- developing a unique plan based on her professional knowledge and your specific physiological and personal needs.
Education & Experience
Rachel received her Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health (Tai Sophia), and have studied under well-respected and pioneering teachers such as Dr. Liz Lipski, Dr. Bryan Walsh, Oscar Coetzee, Paul Pitchford, Rebecca Snow, and Bevin Clare.
"My work with nutrition has been shaped by my own experiences and the experiences of the people I love. Suffering with IBS and hypoglycemia in my youth, I was driven to find the underlying mechanisms causing my ill-health. I knew, deep down, that the answer was within my own physiology. If I could figure out what was out of balance, I could change things.
Every one of my specializations has developed from a desire to help someone in my life- client, friend or family member. To me, there is no greater honor than contributing to another’s wellbeing. "
*Please note nutrition appointments are available to compliment treatment of existing patients.
