PIM's Favorite Summer Mocktails
There’s no shame in the mocktail game! Sometimes we want something cool and yummy, but without the alcohol. Maybe you have GI sensitivity or maybe its for personal reasons, regardless, mocktails are a great way to enjoy a delicious drink without the discomfort that may come with alcohol.
I reached out to our staff here at PIM and they shared with me some of their favorite mocktail recipes for the Summer season. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below! Or find us on social media to share your own mocktail creation.

Hibiscus Iced Tea
A heart-healthy petal from the hibiscus flower known to lower blood pressure.
Place 6 hibiscus tea bags (Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger, Trader Joe's Red Refresh, Tazo Passion Tea or equivalent) in 1/2 gallon jar/pitcher. Make sure container is heat-safe.
Pour 2 cups boiling water over tea bags and steep for 15 minutes. While steeping, add 3-4 teaspoons honey and stir.
After steeping, fill jar with cold filtered water and refrigerate.
