As part of our Prime Cognition Program, this class will provide detailed insight from a nutritional standpoint on optimizing mood and memory. This follows our Prime Cognition group class on January 24th. Feel free to attend one or both events. In this class you will learn:

  • The best foods and lifestyle strategies to support mood & memory
  •  Receive recipes and resources to support your journey to optimal health
