Our Favorite Supplement Addition!
The newest addition to our supplement shelves is our Nutridyn Fruits and Greens chocolate powder. Fruits and Greens is packed full of nutrients, whole food concentrates, and all-natural ingredients that support the body’s natural energy, metabolism, fat-burning, digestion, detoxification, immunity, repair, recovery, revitalization, and longevity. And it tastes like chocolate, without the added sugar or preservatives! This powerful antioxidant blend is delicious simply mixed with coconut water (which is how we enjoy it around the office!) or can be a great addition to a recipe like these Fruits and Greens energy bites:
1 c gluten free oats
¾ c almond butter
⅓ c maple syrup
¼ c fruits and greens
1 tsp Vanilla extract
¼ c Ground flaxseed meal
¼ c Unsweetened shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into balls around 1 inch in diameter. Makes about 14 energy balls (recipe can easily be doubled!)
